This Privacy Policy explains how Collins 2022 LLC, doing business as Witkowski Advisory Group ("Witkowski Advisory Group," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit witkowskiadvisory.com (the "Site"), use our free tools, chat with our AI assistant, request a consultation, or subscribe to our newsletter. Witkowski Advisory Group is operated by Evan Witkowski in Glenview, Illinois.
1. Information we collect
- Consultation and contact requests. Your name, email address, organization, and what you tell us about your needs, which can include fund or asset size range, team size, timeline, tools and systems you use, prior consultant experience, and how you found us.
- AI assistant conversations. The messages you type into the Site's chat assistant, and any contact details you choose to share in it.
- Newsletter. Your email address if you subscribe.
- Scheduling. If you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email address, the time you select, and any answers you provide. Calendly's use of that information is governed by its own privacy policy.
- Free tools. Inputs you enter into tools such as the Portfolio Allocation Analyzer are used to display results on the Site.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may log technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested.
- Client accounts. If you are a client with a login, we process the account information needed to provide access.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your questions and requests and to schedule calls.
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Site, our tools, and our services.
- To send the newsletter, if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To alert our owner to new inquiries and unanswered questions by text message, push notification, or email. These alerts can include the name, organization, and message you submitted.
- To keep the Site secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
3. AI assistant
Our chat assistant is an automated AI system. Your messages are processed by a third-party AI model provider in order to generate replies, and conversations may be stored and reviewed by us to answer follow-up questions and improve the assistant. Please do not enter confidential or sensitive information, such as account numbers, passwords, or non-public details about an institution's investments, into the chat. The assistant does not provide investment advice.
4. Text messages (SMS)
We use text messaging to send operational alerts to our owner about new website inquiries. We do not send marketing text messages. We do not send text messages to website visitors or to clients unless that is described in our Terms & Conditions and you have agreed to receive them.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the Site and our services, and only as needed for those purposes. These include providers of website hosting, scheduling (Calendly), email, messaging and notifications, and AI processing. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or the security of the Site, and in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business.
6. Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your choices
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any issue.
- Reply STOP to any text message from us to stop receiving texts.
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below.
8. Children
The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
